Quotes and orders
Prices shown on this site are quotes, not contracts. An order becomes binding when we confirm it by email. We may decline or adjust an order if the site is inaccessible, outside our service area, or misdescribed.
Pricing and billing
Standard rental is $150 per unit every 4 weeks with weekly service, plus a one-time $35 delivery fee inside 25 miles. Beyond 25 miles is $3 per mile. Billing runs on a fixed 4-week cycle, which means 13 billing periods in a calendar year rather than 12. Rentals continue with no fixed term and are billed each cycle until you request pickup. Applicable Arkansas sales tax is added at the rate for the delivery address.
Cancellation
Cancel any time by phone or email. Billing stops at the end of the current billing period once the unit has been collected. We do not charge a cancellation fee, and the current billing period is not prorated.
Site access
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access for a service truck, including gate codes and any permits or landowner permission. If our driver cannot reach the unit on a scheduled visit, that visit is considered delivered.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the rental in the billing period the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including project delays.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
