What we collect, why we collect it, and who it goes to.
What we collect
Through the rental form: your name, company, phone, email, job site address and any notes you provide. Automatically: standard web analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, if analytics is enabled.
Why we collect it
To quote your job, schedule delivery and service, invoice you, and contact you about your rental. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate: payment processing (Stripe), hosting and database (Google Firebase), messaging (Twilio), email delivery, and mapping for routing. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Payment data
Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We keep only the last four digits and the card brand for reference.
Text messages
By giving us your cell number you agree to receive service-related texts, such as delivery windows and service confirmations. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention and your rights
Rental and invoice records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information by emailing Sales@pottyprosllc.com; we will honour it except where records must be retained by law.
Cookies
We use cookies only for site functionality and, if enabled, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies are set without consent.
