How quickly can you deliver?
Next-day delivery is available on most job sites. Call (479) 353-2241 with your date and we will tell you honestly what we can do, including whether we can get one out today.
What does the $150 cover, and how often am I billed?
One standard unit for a full 4-week billing cycle with weekly service: pumped, scrubbed, restocked with paper and sanitizer, and deodorized. Billing runs every 28 days, so there are 13 billing periods in a year rather than 12. Pickup at the end of the rental is included. The only additional base charge is the one-time $35 delivery fee.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no fixed term and no cancellation fee. Call when the job closes out and we remove the unit. Billing stops at the end of the current 4-week cycle.
How many units does OSHA require?
OSHA 1926.51 requires one toilet for up to 20 workers, then one toilet and one urinal per 40 workers. We recommend one unit per 10 workers so your crew is not waiting in line on your clock.
Can you move the unit as the job progresses?
Yes, and on-site relocation is included at no charge. The Tufway is engineered with flex corners so it can be strapped and moved without damage, meaning your crew can shift it as well. Just let us know where it ended up.
What happens if it gets tipped over or damaged?
Call us. Normal wear and tear is covered. Vandalism or a tipped unit is photographed and the repair amount is sent to you before you are billed for it.
Do you handle events and weekends?
Yes. Short-term and weekend rentals are quoted per job. Complete the four-step form and we return pricing the same day.
What areas do you cover?
The Fort Smith River Valley: Fort Smith, Van Buren, Alma, Greenwood, Barling, Hackett, Fort Chaffee, Bonanza, Central City, Lavaca, Charleston and the surrounding Sebastian and Crawford County towns. Delivery is $35 within 25 miles of Fort Smith and $3 per mile beyond that.
How do I pay?
We invoice every 4 weeks, and you can assign a PO number per job so it lands on the right invoice. We set up payment with you when we call to confirm the job.
